To Volunteer To Be A Host Family From July 28th Through August 4th 2024
Springville’s hospitality is made famous the world over by volunteer host families who generously provide performers with an authentic Utah experience, a place to sleep and eat, and local transportation to shows.
Host families also enjoy complimentary Globe Trotter Family Passes for all four nights of performances and an exclusive Welcome Rally event with performers, board members, and the Mayor of Springville.
Become part of this long-standing Springville Tradition and make memories for a lifetime.
What To Expect As A Host Family
-
A dedicated Country Guide will provide a detailed schedule, help organize group activities during downtime, and be available to help in any way.
-
We ask host families to accommodate a minimum of 2 performers and provide a bed for each (pull out beds acceptable)
-
Please plan to provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for those you are hosting during their 7-day stay.
-
Host families coordinate with other host families for local transportation to and from shows, rehearsals, and outreach events.
-
We recommend that at least 1 adult from the household is available all 7 days of hosting.
